Refund policy
Our return policy applies only to items with a manufacturing defect. If your item does not have a defect, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and have a verified manufacturing defect. It must also be in the original packaging whenever possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number). Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer if it was shipped directly from their services.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item
the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
